  Had an AWFUL experience at this burger king and I will NEVER go back!!! The staff is so unprofessional! I had a problem with my food, after going through the drive thru and receiving cold fries, so they told me to park and they'll bring fresh ones. I parked and a sweet young girl brought fresh ones out. I then checked the chicken fries I ordered for my daughter and they were stale and the jalapeno version when I ordered original. This was the problem after I got cold fries and after they forgot to give me the drink to my son's kid's meal. I took it in and requested my money back, so they sent management up. Her name was Amber, and she had the worst attitude EVER after I just politely asked for my money back. She gave it back with an attitude. I asked her for a receipt for my initial order, because she didn't give it to me at the window, and she was pissed about it. However, she gave me a receipt for the refund she had just entered. I did the survey and left my information to be contacted, NEVER heard anything from burger king. I will NEVER eat here again! SAVE YOUR MONEY and time!
